A journey designed for wine lovers seeking authenticity, tradition, and unforgettable flavors.

Itinerario

  • Day 1: Arrival and Palmela

    12:00: Arrival at Lisbon Airport. Transfer to Pousada Castelo de Palmela for check-in and rest. Wine-paired dinner at the restaurant / terrace of Pousada Castelo de Palmela featuring Portuguese wines.

  • Day 2: Wine Tourism in Palmela and Setúbal

    10:00: Visit and wine tasting at Quinta do Piloto (Palmela). Lunch: In the surroundings of the Convent of Jesus in Setúbal. 16:00: Visit to Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal winery in Azeitão. Dinner at a restaurant in Setúbal. Return to the Pousada in Palmela.

  • Day 3: Heading to Alentejo (Évora)

    09:30: Departure to Évora. Morning: Guided tour of the historic center of Évora (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Lunch: Visit and lunch at FITAPRETA VINHOS winery. 15:30: Transfer to MAINOVA (Arraiolos) for olive oil workshops and wine tourism activities. Arrival at Octant Hotels Évora and dinner.

  • Day 4: Roman Heritage and Night at a Parador

    Morning: Visit to Vila de Frades (Portugal), birthplace of talha wine. Tasting and wine-paired lunch at Gerações da Talha. Afternoon: Walk through the medieval village of Monsaraz, with unique views over Lake Alqueva. Night: Accommodation at the Parador de Zafra (Palace of the Dukes of Feria).

  • Day 5: Wineries and the “Sistine Chapel” of Extremadura

    Morning: Historical visit to Zafra. Late Morning: Visit and lunch at Bodegas Toribio (Viña Puebla) in Puebla de Sancho Pérez. Afternoon: Visit to the Llerena Theatre and the Hermitage of Our Lady of Ara (the “Sistine Chapel” of Extremadura). Night: Return to the Parador de Zafra.

  • Day 6: Almendralejo and Pago de los Balancines

    Morning: Visit to the Prehistoric Tomb of Huerta Montero. Tour of the Cava Museum of Almendralejo and the Museum of Wine Sciences. Visit to the unique bullring of Almendralejo.
